The Pheonix Lights is a reported series of UFOs in the skies in early March of 1997. There were two sets of events in this incidents : the stationary lights themselves and a triangular formation of lights.[1]

The lights have reappeared recently in 2008, but in those cases the sightings were apparently flares dropped by aircraft and helium balloons with flares attached to them.
