Area 51

Area 51, also referred to as Groom Lake, Dreamland, and Paradise Ranch[1], is an ultra secret federal government air testing facility used to test top secret military aircraft. The only place close to Area 51 where normal people and visitors are welcome is a bar and motel called "The Little A'Le'Inn".

Area 51 is located in the Nevada desert near the Extraterrestrial Highway. Area 51 is often associated with alien and UFO folklore and is believed by many ufologists to harbor crashed flying saucers and the remains of extraterrestrial beings within the facility. However, aircraft such as the SR-71 Blackbird are easily mistaken for UFO or alien spacecraft when viewed from the front. In 2013, the United States Federal Government confirmed the existence of Area 51, contrary to many conspiracy theories.

Area 51 is protected with some of the most high-tech security available to the U.S. Government. There are several warning signs outside of Area 51; warnings such as "photography is prohibited" and "use of deadly force authorized" if you are to walk past the signs. In addition to the top security, there are cameras that watch you in the desert whether or not you are actually on Area 51 territory. Some say that the alleged "men in black" are associated with protecting Area 51 from unwelcome visitors.
